Deposit & Cancellation Policy Our Representative will revert back to you with RE-Confirmation of your accommodation within 24 hrs. of the Deposit in our Bank Account. Minimum of One Night will be charged for confirmed bookings, Balance at the time of Check Inn. One night retention charges will be applicable if booking is cancelled less than 72 hrs prior to arrival. Minimum of 25% as cancellation charges will be charged before 72hrs prior to date of Arrival. No refunds will be allowed after 72 hrs / check-in 5% processing fee for all cancellations what so ever the case might be. Terms & Conditions Child 3-10 years accommodated without extra bed. Above 10 will be provided extra bed/ mattress. Cancellation of reservation should be only sent in writing, for FIT’s (individuals) at least 02 days in advance and for groups at least 07 days in advance, failing which retention charges will be applied.
